Bambino vermicelli 2cups
Vegetables beans 100gms
Carrot 100 gms
Green bell pepper or capsicum 100gms
Potatoes 2nos (small)
Vangi bath powder
Green chillies 4nos
Cilantro or coriander leaves
Cooking oil 4tbsp
Mustard seeds (1/2 half spoon)
1/2 tsp Chana dal
1/2 tsp Urad dal
How to make Mixed Vegetable Vermicelli
Take little oil in a frying pan and roast vermicelli till it turns golden brown in color. Cut vegetables into small pieces wash it and keep it ready. Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. After it splatters put chana dal urad dal, cashew to it. Wash kari patta leaves, and cut coriander leaves. Slit 4 chillies and keep it separately. Add vegetables, kari patta leaves and chillies keep stirring it till they are done now keep 1.7 cups of boiled water ready.
Pour water (1.7 cups of water) to the pan put 2 spoons of vangibath powder and salt to taste. Once water starts boiling add vermicelli to it. Keep it in a low flame and keep stirring it till they are done. Serve with chutney.
